Our Mission
Chrishawn Spackman was a former DI basketball player in the ACC. Like many others, she left sport and competition behind when she was injured in her senior year of college. She became a business owner and never looked back until she was introduced to pickleball 20 plus years later. Now here she is competing at the highest level and loving every minute of it! Never give up on your dreams!

In 2019, Chrishawn launched her coaching company, appropriately named, 'PBisLife'. She is a Certified Coaching Pro and is the Head Pro at Bangers & Dinks Indoor Pickleball facility; the FIRST of its kind in Central Virginia. Her passion for coaching is infectious and the demand is overwhelming yet so satisfying!
